Andy Gibson
Osteopath & Concussion Care Practitioner
Andy is the founder and principal osteopath of Healthwise Osteopaths and Headwise Concussion Care.
Andy trained and graduated with Honours from the British School Of Osteopathy, the oldest school of Osteopathy in Europe - and he’s completed extensive post-graduate studies around the world and continues to extend his knowledge base. Andy served as Treasurer of Osteopaths New Zealand for four and a half years and was the co-convener of the international conference on pain held in Auckland in 2017.
Andy is passionate about health, osteopathy and the wider impact it can have on helping the community. He has a special interest and passion in working with long-standing and often complex conditions such as concussion, a topic on which he recently presented at the Osteopaths New Zealand Christchurch conference.
Andy has two kids, is a keen yoga student and loves to go for walks with his family around the local Auckland bush and beaches. Additionally, Andy plays the drums and enjoys golf (sometimes!), loves to ski and is a keen mountain biker.
